Have you ever thought... hmm, I could use a drink AND a full serving of vegetables? Don't worry, you're not alone! Lucky for us, there is a solution to that very question!


The Bloody Mary has been around, curing hangovers and starting Sundays since the 1920s. So, let me show you how to do the Bloody Diet the right way.


When to mix one up

Now, there is no wrong time to drink a Bloody. However, there are a few perfect times.


Sunday Mornings

The most obvious of occasions. Sunday mornings are the perfect time for a Bloody Mary. Are you unwinding after a long week? Is it nice outside? Are you doing a Sunday reset? Why not do those things and drink a delicious serving of Vitamin C.

After a Night Out

The second most popular reason to drink a Bloody Mary. Haven't you ever heard of fighting fire with fire? Fight alcohol headaches with more alcohol! A little hair of the dog, as they say.



On a Boat, Golf Cart, Train, or Airplane!

There is a reason all of these vehicles keep a bottle of Zing Zang on deck. As long as you're not the one driving or flying, make it a double!




At Brunch!

A Bloody Mary is the perfect drink to have alongside your eggs benedict. Ever had salsa on your eggs? It's basically the same thing, and I personally endorse both.


On Vacation

This one goes without saying. A vacation is the perfect place to start your day off with a drink!


Stop Fighting It.

"Oh, but I don't drink!" No problem!

Booze is only a quarter of the fun of a Bloody! Order it sans alcohol, and it will still get the job done!
